Job Responsibilities:
- Willingness to work in 1 rotational week off & rotational Shifts
- To provide speedy resolution
- To ensure closure of the ticket / e-mail within the prescribed TAT
- To resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint
- To provide customer satisfaction on every call / e-mail.
Job Requirements:
- Experience in customer service or call center background preferred
- Strong communication skills
- Good interpersonal skills Knowledge of multiple languages like English / Telugu / Hindi are mandate
Qualification & Experience:
- Minimum of 1 to 6 Years of work experience in English voice process
