    Job Responsibilities:

    • Willingness to work in 1 rotational week off & rotational Shifts
    • To provide speedy resolution
    • To ensure closure of the ticket / e-mail within the prescribed TAT
    • To resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint
    • To provide customer satisfaction on every call / e-mail.

    Job Requirements:

    • Experience in customer service or call center background preferred
    • Strong communication skills
    • Good interpersonal skills Knowledge of multiple languages like English / Telugu / Hindi are mandate

    Qualification & Experience:

    • Minimum of 1 to 6 Years of work experience in English voice process
    • X Certificate XII Certificate
    • UG / Diploma / ITI Certificate.
