    Primary responsibility of the Zonal Security Manager is to Lead & Manage end to end Security operations of the Eastern Zone. The role is cross-functional and requires deep domain expertise, proven hands-on experience, structured collaboration and influencing ability with stakeholders from operations, Central and regional functions, across Flipkart Group Companies as well as external partners

    Job Responsibilities:

    • Ensure the implementation, management, operation, and maintenance, of physical security measures and security systems Perimeter protection, Access Control System, CCTV system, Intrusion Detection System and Security Lighting.
    • Manage and monitor cost, performance and quality of projects related to infrastructure & process enhancement.
    • Single point of contact for all Corporate Security Risk Management matters in his AOR.
    • Plan and execute various tests & exercises.
    • Creation, updating, exercising and maintenance of Crisis Management organization and plans.
    • Conducting risk assessments & security audits for Flipkart Logistic Centers and implementing risk mitigation measures.
    • Define people, material and vehicle movement protocols.
    • Draft, get approved and implement Security SOPs across business.
    • Primarily responsible to manage a process driven, uniform and consistent Risk Management program.
    • Undertake, design & implement security projects in given timelines and budgets.
    • Managing Logistic security operations and improve service levels.

    Job Requirements:

    • Knowledge of information security processes and systems.

    • Experience in security auditing.
    • Extensive and up to date knowledge of logistics security operations, standards and technology.
    • Completion of professional security certification training e.g. CPP, PSP, TAPA, CBCP, CFE, etc., or equivalent is desirable.

    Qualification & Experience:

    • Minimum 10 years’ experience in military, law enforcement or security-related profession with 5-7 years of corporate experience in logistics operations
    • Experience in managing or coordinating security investigations of complex nature.
    • University degree level or equivalent through experience and professional certification.
