Job Description:
- Preparing Bills according to BOQ.
- Preparing Reconciliation of steel & Concrete.
- Preparing Bar Bending Schedule (BBS) of different Building Elements.

Job Responsibilities:
- Preparing Measurement sheets of other materials which are used in special places / Situations like Measurement of Thermacol at expansion joints etc.
- Preparing Daily Progress Report, Weekly Progress Report & Monthly Progress Report with respect to BOQ
- Calculating exact quantities of Concrete & Steel to eliminate wastage.
- Preparing Joint Measurement Reports (JMR) with PMC, Client & Subcontractor.
- Preparing Measurement sheets of Concrete and shuttering to be claimed in Bill.
- Estimating quantities for Enabling works.
Qualification & Experience:
- Full time BE/Diploma Civil.
- 3+ years of experience.
- Experience from core construction companies (Residential/Commercial Building Project) is required.
