    Job Description:

    The role will be expected to work in a positive and collaborative fashion with fellow team members, senior engineering/architect staff, vendors, and customers. The Infra Delivery Specialist will assist with process maturation, development, technical standards creation, and drive operational excellence through consistent delivery and best practices. This role will also include the core fundamentals of day-to-day operations, based off the ITIL v3 methodology.

    Job Responsibilities:

    • Responsible for Implementing, Supporting and Troubleshooting the upgrades of data centers built using DELL EMC Convergence and Hyper Convergence Infrastructure from Remote.
    • Manage vRealize Automation Center 6.2 entities on VMware hardware, third- party hardware, and cloud infrastructures
      Configure manage vRealize Automation Center infrastructure services
    • Provides proactive recommendations to the customer for improving their use of Dell EMC CI/HCI solutions to help maximize their satisfaction with Dell EMC
    • The Delivery Specialist should exercise judgment within defined Industry standards and use creativity to develop a clear low level services methodology for the data center solutions being positioned
    • Configure endpoints to support compute fabric connectivity
    • Deploy Distributed Execution Managers and agents for vRealize Automation Center connectivity
    • Delivery Specialist will also serve as content knowledge expert, participate in upgrade proposal preparation, develop detailed upgrade services methodologies, customer presentations, mentor other technical consultants and assist with development of technical collateral around server and application integrated designs
    • Deliver DELL EMC CI/HCI Solutions for Data centers and specifically integrating those into DELL EMC’s overall data center architecture and detailed design

    Job Requirements:

    • Integrate VMware vCenter Orchestrator with vCloud Automation Center.
    • Understand and configure vCloud Automation Center workflows
    • Automate application provisioning with VMware vCloud Application Director Manage and monitor machines and resource reclamation through VROPs.
    • Install, Configure and manage vRealize Automation Center 6.2 and components
    • Experience in supporting through ticketing tool using standard ITIL framework and sensitive to Client SLAs
    • Expertise in vCloud Automation Center, vRealize Automation Center architecture.
    • Ability to work in shifts in a 24×7 setup.
    • Expertise in vCenter Orchestrator / vCloud Director ,Vsphere hypervisor
    • Networking, Unified Data center Storage Infrastructure, VMware Virtualization & Cisco UCS Compute Infrastructure
    • Strong problem-solving skills with an emphasis on quick problem resolution
    • Excellent customer service skills with strong focus on customer satisfaction

    Qualification & Experience:

    • VMware Certified Professional (VCP) preferred
    • Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA)
    • 8- 11 years of Experience in remote IT Infrastructure support of global enterprise clients
    • Should have Expert knowledge in implementing & Supporting one or more of the Technology Domains such as Data center
    • Experience working on Hyper- Converged Infrastructure – VxRail
    • Knowledge and Understanding of VMware VCF – VMware Cloud Foundation.
    • EMCSA, EMCTA Storage Certifications preferred
