If so, you may be a good fit for the role of Records & Contracts Management Services (RCMS) Assistant Manager (AM) – Systems Support. As a RCMS AM, you’ll help facilitate compliance with policies and practices related to records and contracts management by providing technology, tools and processes tailored to meet customer needs.

    Job Responsibilities:

    • Manage user acceptance tests, customer relations, escalations and oversee tickets resolutions
    • Manage performance and coach team of up to 12 staff at Associate Analyst, Analyst and Senior Analyst levels within Systems support
    • Develop user stories (requirements) based on knowledge of records retention policies, contracts management, and business needs
    • Manage special projects on systems implementation and support, build and adapt new technologies across the RCMS space
    • Develop and specify required changes to customized records management system screens, workflows, and reports, as well as training courses and tools
    • Manage team focused on serving US and India, responsible for facilitating and tracking compliance with firm records retention policies and practices, utilizing RCMS applications
    • Lead discussions and efforts with ITS team to implement new systems updates and fresh technology
    • Manage relationship and collaborate with US stakeholders and internal clients
    • Assist with recruitment and year-round training and development initiatives for USI team

    Job Requirements:

    • Adaptive to changes in technology and evolving business needs
    • Excellent verbal and written skills in English
    • High level of attention to detail for reliable accuracy
    • Ability to work well with other team members both in India & US
    • Proficient in searching and navigating online systems
    • Ability to analyze data and establish strategic insights
    • Excellent customer service skills, including active listening, professionalism and responsiveness

    Qualification & Experience:

    • 6 to 8 years relevant work experience
    • Bachelor’s degree
    • Advanced Microsoft Office skills
