Job Responsibilities:
- As a developer, you will conduct day-to-day development activities.
- You’ll closely work with the team to tackle development, analysis, understanding requirements and other issues.
- This would also require you to be involved in all stages of development (planning, designing, development, deployment, testing etc.).
Job Requirements:
- Experience with service Now client and server-side JavaScript and the Service Now APIs
- Strong knowledge of the ServiceNow data model and relationships such as CMDB, Asset,
- Experience with development and implementation of ServiceNow ITSM modules – Incident Management, Problem
- Management, Configuration Management, Change
- Management, Knowledge Management or other ITSM
- Hands-on experience integrating multiple data sources into a unified ServiceNow CMDB as well as integrating data between ServiceNow instances
- Strong technical knowledge in: Scripting, System Definition, Business Rules, Menus, UI/Forms, UI Actions, Content
- Management, Imports, Transforms, Web Services, and Notifications
- Advanced experience with Service Now
- Strong understanding of ITSM best-practice processes & must be self-motivated with a proven track record in ITSM technologies
- Experience with Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Actions, Scheduled Jobs – all scripted aspects of the Service Now system
- Developing, designing, configuring and rollout of new application modules, workflows and catalog requests
- Hands-on experience with industry-standard Change, Configuration and Asset Management system tools, preferably within the ServiceNow environment
Qualification & Experience:
- 5 to 8 years of ITSM process implementation/ development experience
- 2-3 years of hands-on experience with the implementation of
- Good understanding of Information Technology Infrastructure Library Foundation (ITIL) process
