    For this role we believe you have experience from a managerial position. Proven skills in developing people and provide support, coaching, training, and career direction to others. Ability to communicate confidently and clearly in English and in the local language in the district. Experience in a multi-unit facilities management organization, preferably in a high-volume retail sector. Preferred, academic degree or professional qualification in Facilities Management (or equivalent). Proven project management (preferably in PPS methodology) and change management experience. Proven experience in working with sustainability and the environment from a facility management perspective.

    Job Responsibilities:

    • The main tasks in the assignment will be/a day at work will look like:
    • Obtain and maintain senior level knowledge of SAP Success Factors/S4S on-going training and project work.
    • Collaborate and drive Security recommendations for Transformation, product development and partners.
    • Fine tune the security controls based on the role and SAP configurations accordingly.
    • Apply general HR business process, software and related technical knowledge to support implementations.
    • Support and plan go live and post go live efforts. Demonstrate leadership in given product space.
    • Supporting with reporting to different levels of the organization. Identify Security Risks through the review of the architecture and through threat modelling
    • Support will be provided by the project team however the Security Engineer should be comfortable to drive the tasks independently, follow up and mitigate to closure.
    • Agile is the key to the ways of working in the project team, and the Security Engineer must therefore be comfortable drive with security and privacy issues in JIRA and Agile backlogs.

    Job Requirements:

    • The security engineer must demonstrate mastery of Success Factors, SAP4S knowledge and SaaS implementation methodology to provide guidance and consult on Security Best practices.
    • The engineer must demonstrate critical-thinking skills to understand, evaluate and analyze Security requirements and recommend solutions based on industry best practices.

    Qualification & Experience:

    • You have a background working with SAP security for at least 4 – 5 years.
    • You understand SAP security, the built-in-security-functions, and you are knowledgeable of more than SAP user access management.
    • Preferably you have worked with code review, and SAP application level SIEMs, or have knowledge of these areas.
    • You have strong general security knowledge and experience.

    Experience preferred:

    • SAP transformation projects
    • SAP security, including SAP Success factors and/or SAP4Hana
    • Security in the Cloud
    • Communication and stakeholder management
    • Cyber security and NIST controls
    • Experience with Cloud Security (GCP or AZURE or AWS)
