Job Description:
Looking for IT Recruiter who is proactive, smart and energetic and has a strong passion in HR with 1.5 – 2 years experience.

Job Responsibilities:
- Coordinate interviews with clients and candidates. Act immediately to requirements and ensure quick closures.
- Candidate search using LinkedIn, Database, consultancies and all Job portals and other sources for finding qualified candidates.
- Daily reporting and team Management.
- Work closely with placement firms to obtain quality candidates continuously and maintain a pipeline. Providing on time updates and feedback to the Internal team.
- Source, validate, negotiate, confirm technical experience, skill level, and communication skills for various technologies for both contract-to-hire, and full-time hire positions .
- Interview candidates to evaluate their technical and communication skill for positions.
- Communicates with client hiring managers to understand needs and timelines. Builds professional relationships with candidates and clients.
Job Requirements:
- The ability to work as part of a team
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
- Leadership skills
- Excellent administrative and organizational skills
- Good understanding of full-cycle recruiting
- Must have proficiency in English
- Strong & Effective communication skills(oral and written)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Qualification & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or any other field.
- Experience:1.5 to 2 Years (Relevant experience in HR is only considered)
