    Job Description:

    One of the Autonomous Institutions under Department of Space, Govt. of India based at SAS Nagar, near Chandigarh is entrusted
    with design and development of Very Large Scale Integration (VLSI) devices and the development of systems for telecommunication and space sectors. SCL has facilities for fabrication of micro-electronic devices in 0.8 micron range and Micro Electro Mechanical Systems. The Upgradation of CMOS Fabrication foundry and commensurate facilities

     Eligibility:

    • Officers working under the Central or State Governments including autonomous bodies, R&D institutions holding analogous post on regular basis or with a minimum service of five years in the posts in Level 14 are eligible to apply.

    Qualification & Experience:

    • Post graduation in Science or Engineering in the field of Electronics or Semiconductor Physics
    • A minimum of 20 years of experience  in the field of microelectronics or in the development of high reliability electronic devices/systems for aerospace applications
