    Job Responsibilities:

    • Taking the role and responsibilities of the Project BIM Coordinator
    • Work with the relevant individuals to establish and support the Common Data Environment like Project Wise, BIM 360, etc
    • Engaging & coordinating with BIM Managers & Coordinators from various projects to understand the BIM support required and provide accordingly.
    • Manage/ review models and technical content including clash detection and compliance to BEP
    • Prior Experience in preparation of drawings at various stages which includes concept, preliminary, Detailed, and Tender stage
    • Prior Experience in developing BIM 3D Models to the standards & codes
    • Prior experience in the usage of Dynamo, LISP, MACRO, or any other automation tool to make the work more effective and efficient will be an added advantage.
    • Coordinate within the project by engagement with other projects and teams, academia, institutions, and other industries in the pursuit of BIM excellence
    • Capability to evaluate EIRs and the implementation of BIM strategies, BIM Execution Plans (BEP), workflows, and processes on projects in accordance with L&T Corporate Standards, Client requirements, and industry best practice
    • Work with Subject Matter Experts and Discipline leads to establish cost-effective, practical approaches to integrating BIM throughout delivery.
    • Work on the project processes that ensure delivery of a structured Project BIM Model that constitutes spatially coordinated volumes, progressively maturing into detailed design, good for construction and as-built elements.
    • Should have strong written & verbal communication in English
    • Apply Company’s Quality, Safety & Environmental (QSE) standards and Business Management System (BMS).
    • Encourage the utilization of 3D models to review, influence, and enhance the design.

    Qualification & Experience:

    • Diploma/BE in Civil Engineering
    • Sound knowledge in Revit, Civil 3D, AutoCAD, MS Office, and Outlook
    • The overall experience of 7-10 years in BIM-enabled projects
    • Experience in Bentley AECOSim would be an added advantage
