Job Description:
Hiring for our personalization analytics team which will focus on creating customer centric capabilities – analytical toolkits to understand the customer better. Leverage toolkits like micro segments, lifestyle attributes & banking behavior to provide insights and then using the insights – create personalized nudges to engage with customers meaningfully. Constantly analyze and obsess over engagement data, deriving clever insights on specific behaviors and trends, and using them to strengthen our recommendation system

Job Responsibilities:
- Periodic Monitoring and Model Refinement
- Model Development and Approvals from stakeholders
- Feature Engineering with focus on new industry data sources
- Model Deployment and post implementation validations
- Data Preparation and Exploratory Data Analysis
Job Requirements:
- Technical competence in tools such as Python and/or SAS
- Ability to manipulate and analyze complex, high-volume, high-dimension data from varying sources
- Experience in modelling for BFSI domain preferred
- Machine Learning techniques for regression and classification such as logistic models, boosting/bagging, clustering, KNN, etc.
- Strong track record in solving analytical problems using quantitative and statistical approaches
Qualification & Experience:
- Experience in Martech – Salesforce, Adobe or Unica is a plus
- Problem solver with 4- 7 years of experience working with large data sets, distributed computing tools are a plus (SQL, PySpark, Scala)
- B.S. or M.S. in a relevant technical field (Operations Research, Computer Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, or Mathematics)
