    Job Responsibilities:

    • Identify trends and work with teams to improve customer experience
    • Focal point for Clusters act, as liaison between Cluster and GSC teams for the specific customer
    • Ambassador for a Cluster towards the GSC organisation and vice versa, owning tender accounts with E2E responsibility and have knowledge in length and breadth of the account being handled
    • Responsible for customer-specific performance monitoring, management, and discussion
    • Responsible for timely completion of all tasks and ensuring a high quality submission to Sales/ Customers after doing pro-active audit of completed tasks
    • Responsible to deliver IQ / IE and reduce disputes if any across the board (Rate related, DnD and payer / terms by ensuring contracts are filed in systems as per SLA correctly
    • Drive joint initiatives between GSC and sales based on customer wise challenges
    • Ensure process maps as designed are followed
    • Work collaboratively with Sales to win the business
    • Will be responsible for timely execution of tender to Sales within defined SLA
    • Drive active engagement activities with the Cluster

    Job Requirements:

    • Demonstrate Ownership mindset and Customer service mindset and live the brand attributes. Influencing without authority.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team demonstrating ownership and customer service mindset.
    • Advanced knowledge of MS Excel (including VBA coding) and good presentation skills (MS Power Point)
    • Willingness to constantly learn and upgrade.
    • Adapt to new challenges and demonstrate ability to analyse and foresee challenges.
    • Ability to work under pressure with high sense of urgency. Detail-orientated and enjoy being an expert on logistics sector while ensuring to follow the designed process.
    • Ability to multi-task and be proactive & independent in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
    • Awareness of End-to-End process of Tender Management, Sales – Contracting & Invoicing
    • Strong communication skills with excellent written and verbal communication skills. Fluent in English, oral and written.
    • A strong team player who is also good at stake holder management.
    • Persuasive personality and ability to connect with stakeholders with data analytics skills contributing towards problem solving

    Qualification & Experience:

    • Prior experience in audit and business control environment would be preferable. Experience as a member of an Agile team (Scrum would be preferred).
    • Master or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Data Science, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Information Management or Statistics or any other similar discipline.
    • Advanced knowledge of MS Excel (including VBA coding) and good presentation skills (MS Power Point)
