Job Responsibilities:
- To take ownership and resolve ITM dev test environment auto tickets
- To provide first level of support for agent install and decommission agent reporting issue etc
- To work with IBM Support to address critical issues Netcool Experience with 8 1 OMNIbus and OMNIbus core sub products gateways and probes
- To proactively run daily system and application health checks across MOM infrastructure
- Developing web service interface between Necool and Remedy Linux OS Perl CGI Shell batch SQL Splunk 1
- To define plan drive road map of future upgrades new enhancements application support installs
- To proactively run daily system and application health checks across ITM infrastructure
