Job Description:
- To provide support in preparation/review of Look Ahead Schedules, Countdown Schedules, Project Close-out reports and Demobilization Schedules to the RO / Project Planning Team.
- To review/approval of Master Construction Programmes, Target Construction Programmes, Site Logistics plan, Manpower Histogram & Project S-Curves for new projects.
- To prepare/review Tender-stage Schedules and Technical Submissions as and when required.

Job Responsibilities:
- To review updated MCPs/TCPs on fortnightly/monthly basis and report the deviations/delays and also review of Timeline reduction tracker.
- To provide support to RO/Projects on implementation of Earned Value Management for selected projects in the region.
- Generate EVM dashboard and analysis and send the same to senior management highlighting critical areas and improvement points.
- To prepare progress analysis along with budget monitoring and highlight critical issues of projects on fortnightly basis.
- Ensure timely preparation of Progress & Productivity Reports on weekly basis from the regions.
- To carry out periodical visits to the sites based on criticality and under performance.
- To review weekly the Mobilization Checklists for all new projects from dates of award (with a view to complete mob within 30 days) and monitor till complete mobilization.
Job Requirements:
- To ensure timely preparation of monthly PPT and MIS and review and provide appropriate feedback to top management.
- To review formwork utilization reports, material reconciliation reports, etc.
- To comply with SP Way Planning Process for all reports.
- To keep documentation ready for Internal and External IMS audits and ensure complete compliance.
Qualification & Experience:
- BE Civil with 10 years of experience and NICMAR. Should have experience in handling high value project i.e Residential, Commercial and Industrial project.
