    Job Description:

    Seasoned HR professional with 8 to 10+ years of HR experience, with majority as a recruiter who has handled both bulk hiring and niche hiring. Also, someone who has a fair understanding of manpower planning. This will be an individual contributor role, with 80% recruitment and 20% other HR initiatives/ projects. This profile might require travel as and when required.


    Job Responsibilities:

    • Maintain a database of candidate records, including active and passive prospects, hired and fired employees, and other candidate relationships
    • Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications
    • Improves organization attractiveness by recommending new policies and practices; monitoring job offers and compensation practices
    • Maintain data bases and provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports
    • Manpower planning as per business requirement
    • Managing the entire recruiting lifecycle for this vertical resulting in finding and hiring quality talent
    • Proactively identifying issues and highlighting for prompt resolution
    • Designing and implementing the overall recruiting strategy

    Job Requirements:

    • MBA/PG Diploma in HR
    • 8 – 12 Years Experience
