Job Description:
- Legal actions on defaulter customers.
- Implementation of legal orders as per applicable state laws.
- Focused efforts towards closure of the delinquent cases of the Bank.
- Liaising with Bank empanelled advocates to initiate legal actions on defaulter customers.
Job Responsibilities:
- MIS and Data management Effective data management to initiate action against defaulter customers.
- Maintaining correct Legal MIS.
- Processing of advocate bills as per process.
- Legal Support for Customer Complaint / Others Provide legal expertise to Sales team as appropriate by coordinating with Bank empanelled advocates.
- Securely managing documents and SPDCs as per process.
- Protect the interest of the Bank at large and RBG in particular as necessary.
- Document Management Arranging requisite documents through operations for timely initiation of legal actions through Bank vendors.
- Timely and regular updation of MIS on regular basis.
- Arranging SPDCs for appropriate legal action as per state laws through Bank vendors.
- Other Value additions Any deliverables assigned by the Bank in interest of the Bank and RBG.
