    As a Search and Commerce Specialist Manager, you will own the Search strategy for key clients across the entire business cycle. You will need to drive in depth solution to help our top search spenders achieve their customer business objectives in partnership with the Large Customer Sales (LCS) teams through pitching and activating new products and by leveraging the interplay of: ads, automation, audience, attribution, and assets. You will advise clients on growing their existing business, maximizing return on their marketing investment, and unlock new business opportunities.
    You will also act as an advisor and consultant that works across functions and alongside global teams, as well as a client advocate within Google.

    Job Responsibilities:

    • Build a strong digital marketing team that becomes a center of excellence for delivering on customer business objectives, mentoring/coaching a team of Specialists to deliver excellent performance solutions, while developing their digital marketing expertise and mentoring them for career and professional development
    • Partner closely with Sales and Partner teams located in-market to build trusted relationships with Sales Leadership and help deliver on joint priorities, owning business reviews and engage with senior stakeholders and leaders on a regular basis
    • Implement best practices for solutions delivery and sales team engagement with knowledge of the advertisers’ businesses and their industries, driving a customer-centric culture and building relevant capabilities, leading the team to become trusted advisors for stakeholders and customers, and identify opportunities for strategic initiatives and run the day-to-day operations for Search, Shopping, Apps, and SA360 solutions

    Job Requirements:

    • Experience with cultural diversity across global teams
    • Knowledge of both online and offline advertising solutions and media landscape
    • Understanding of Google ads products, particularly around Search, Apps, Shopping
    • Ability to coach a team on how to address client problems with media solutions
    • Experience in global sales support/global sales management
    • Experience in building relationships with internal and external stakeholders

    Qualification & Experience:

    • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
    • 8 years of sales delivery/client engagement or operations experience
