New Materials Business has started embarking on Indigenous Medical Technology solutions to import substitute as well as Innovate the 85%< imported Medical Devices market space. The products in question can be materials for healthcare application as well as products for diagnosis and therapy of healthcare conditions. The purpose is to have a dedicated sales interface for all materials and products from the vertical. The primary function would be to interface with B2B entities to make finished customer facing products. The role also involves interfacing with government agencies for sales and qualifying for relevant tenders often in association with partner organizations. The role would work as intermediary between technical and production team and the clients in target oriented manner.
- Sales and marketing of NMB medical materials to partner companies for value addition as finished products under.
- Sales and marketing of MMD medical devices through distributors and sales agencies directly under NMB brand.
- Interface with B2B partners and clients with technical details of products and technical pitch for market access.
- Conducting training and workshops for MMD products through select subject matter experts and technical members of the team. Interfacing with medical community (doctors, procurement personnel, clinics and hospitals, distributors, scientists, etc) as potential customer.
- Liaising with channel partners for last mile sales and government entities for qualifying for tenders.
- Experience in direct sales in medical and allied domains (eg Pharma or hospital operation) 5-10 years’ experience in sales and business development in relevant fields.
- Proven record of delivering sales targets.
- Experience in pan India domain experience in health technology and network with associations and agencies.
Qualification & Experience:
- BE/B.Tech Additionally, an MBA is preferable
