    Job Responsibilities:

    • Initiate partnerships with new accounts across the length and breadth of the city (and/or cities) at a pace higher than competition, and actively manage relationships with those accounts, be their P.O.C. for Swiggy, sustain and grow their business which translate to a growth in revenue for the organization
    • Winning the consumer love in restaurant search and selection by driving restaurant availability at all hyperlocal areas and thinning the gap to zero in comparison to all competitors
    • Providing hyperlocal insights to city leadership in terms of restaurant offerings in competition, search & selection and provide regular recommendations for the growth of low market share areas, high potential fringe areas
    • Work closely with the city leadership in thinning the gap to zero in Key accounts/top priority accounts/city legendary accounts, in comparison to competition and also offline availability of those accounts
    • Responsible for Managing the Sales funnel and deliver on monthly targets ensuring org objectives are met
    • Responsible for training new recruits, especially restaurant onboarding executives, vendor managers; train them and mentor them
    • Maintaining a strong relationship with restaurant owners and advising them on issues related to the market and offering solutions on the same

    Job Requirements:

    • Recognizes the need to adapt to change & implement appropriate solutions.
    • Be able to identify opportunities and recommend/influence for change to increase effectiveness and success on campaigns
    • Effective communication skills with Attitude & Aptitude for Sales
    • A competent decision-maker with the ability to develop, own and build a strategic plan for ensuring the best restaurants partner with us
    • Should be a team player, working alongside people from all walks of life Should be able to lead and mentor the team
    • Creativity & Initiative – demonstrate creativity & originality in your work and have the personal drive and initiative to bring about change and help drive the business forward
    • Identifies builds and uses a wide network of contacts with people at all levels, internally and externally. Achieves a good result through a well-planned approach

    Qualification & Experience:

    • Graduate with 5-6 years of experience in Business Development, Sales or Account Management
