    Job Description:

    The Instamart Supply chain technologies team is looking for senior mobile engineers to build a new app for supply chain use-cases at our own warehouse and POD’s. This app will be used by POD executives (Picker, Loader, QA,etc) and Store managers forInwarding of shipments received at POD’s using barcode technology

    Job Responsibilities:

    • Delivering onsite training programmes on QHSE and FSMS as per the need of the PODs at basic
    • Ensuring the effective implementation of principles of food safety, quality, environment, health, and safety system as per the defined guidelines and meeting legal compliance for POD’s, Cold Chains and Warehouse
    • Conducting periodic audit to ensure adherence of statutory and food safety controls in PODs.
    • Developing PODs and Warehouse QHSE compliance Matrix on QHSE indices for their PODs
    • Verify the corrective action implementation effectiveness.
    • Ensure developed corrective action on nonconformities are implemented effectively.
    • Follow up of NC closure for both external and internal audits with POD.
    • Ensuring the policy’s communication to all the properties of the organization and its implementation similar to the corporate level.
    • Developing customer indices and work towards improvements for PODs
    • Monitoring consumer complaint trends, working with cross functional team on corrective and preventive actions for continual improvement for their respective PODs’.
    • Ensuring record keeping of audit/customer complaints/ corrective action & Preventive action
    • Developing internal and external indices on POD’s and Warehouse compliances for their respective city
    • Involved in root cause analysis for the identified non-conformities or complaints.
    • Developing internal and external indices on POD’s and Warehouse compliances for their respective PODs
    • Ensuring QHSE processes are followed and adhered in their respective PODs.
    • Conduct As-is study to verify the developed process compliance of PODs & Warehouse.
    • Supporting for the preparation of external audits

    Job Requirements:

    • ISO 22000 or HACCP and ISO 9001
    • Knowledge in Quality and Food Safety Management System
    • Exposure in FSMS system in Retail operations
    • Certified internal auditor on ISO 22000 / HACCP.

    Qualification & Experience:

    • Education Qualification: Graduate in Food technology, Food Science, Microbiology “
    • Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in the ” Food industry” preferably in retail segments or warehouse
