Job Description:
The position exists to ensure all legal/statutory actions required in acquiring land and settlements, resolving legal cases arising out of land and revenue matters and resettlement of project affected areas without any legal hassles for Jharia Division.

Job Responsibilities:
- Decide the strategies for Jharia divisionbased on proposed downstreamdevelopment and work out plan for its Land,Lease & Legal requirements
- No work stoppages by affected people, govtofficials and other stake holders.
- Encroachment related matters.
- Administration of sub-lease.
- Resolve legal cases arising out of land andrevenue matters.
Job Requirements:
- The candidate should have legal experience in dealing with land and revenue matters.
- Persons having working experience in Govt land and revenue offices would be added advantage.
- Should have knowledge of the working of Civil courts.
- Understanding of land records, deeds etc.
Qualification & Experience:
- LLM in Law
