    Job Responsibilities:

    • Define buttons, quick replies, carousels and other graphical elements for conversations on display devices
    • Constantly monitor the performance of created conversation flows and improve them upon direct or indirect user feedback/usage insights
    • Provide the utterances of what the user can say and map them to intents
    • Design the conversation flow and document
    • Coordinate with Engineering Manager
    • Define the answers what the user gets back from the system

    Job Requirements:

    • 2 – 5 years in conversational design and NLP
