Job Responsibilities:
- Installation and configuration of universal agent for custom log file, custom script and URL monitoring
- EIF slot customization
- Installed and configured EIF probe for omnibus & ITM installation
- ITCAM for DB2 implementation
- OS performance monitoring
- ITCAM for SAP implementation
- URL monitoring (Universal Agent)
- Situation creation for new monitoring request
- RTEMS installation and configuration
- Probes Installation and configuration
- Installation and configuration of Netcool omnibus
- Configuration of rule file and properties file.
- ITM (IBM Tivoli Monitoring) main components installation on Linux, Aix, Windows platform & Requirement gathering
- OS agent installation / configurations
- ITCAM for Oracle extended implementation
- Performing day to day activity (Situation creation, agent down, testing.
- Support in migration project where all the tools are required to migrated from one data center to other
- ITCAM for MS SQL implementation
