    Job Responsibilities:

    • User administration for regular and call center staff. This includes creation and removal of users stations and accounts in the systems.
    • Interaction and coordination with carrier service providers for trouble and service requests.
    • Manage, process, and create reporting on all telecom system and carrier invoices. Help identify issues, trends, and opportunities.
    • Maintain telecom systems equipment and license reporting to include system wide audits and cleanup
    • Daily documentation of work through the HEAT Incident and Service Request tickets. Providing users daily updates on status of issue or work that was requested
    • Interaction and coordination with system support vendors for troubles and service requests.
    • Level 1 user telecomm system and application support. This includes trouble shooting user issues as well as day to day operational guidance and support of the telecomm systems and applications

    Qualification & Experience:

    • Experience with and working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
    • Experience with and Knowledge of the following systems /equipment / Software
    • Experience and knowledge of call center operations
    • Experience and knowledge with carrier services including Analog, T-1, and SIP
