    Job Responsibilities:

    • Creative and attitude to learn new technology areas
    • Strong leadership skills with excellent stakeholder management and team management.
    • Platform monitoring, Status report creation and presenting
    • Incident, Service request, Problem request handling and resolution within the SLA as defined SoW
    • Creation and updation of the relevant support documents as agreed with customer

    Job Requirements:

    • Excellent command over Incident and Problem Management
    • User Administration and Management activities on the above said tools
    • Flexible to support in shift based model
    • Sound experience on Role-based permission model (Access grant/revoke based on roles)
    • Min. 2 years of Production Support Technical Lead experience
    • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills

    Qualification & Experience:

    • Atleast 3 years of working experience with expertise on each of the Atlassian suite tools (Jira, Confluence, Crowd, BitBucket, Bamboo, Jenkins)
