Job Responsibilities:
- Application saturation reporting
- Test/Create/Modify/Publish AirWatch Sensors/Profiles/Products
- Verify KB feedback tasks and new KB articles
- Update Windows 10 compliance Teams Dashboard
- Test/Publish workspace one intelligence Client hub upgrade
- Log support request with VMware and attend follow up meets for ticket traction
- BI reporting as per users request for apps/devices/sensors
- Update PPKG and perform AirWatch Lab test before released to vendors for OOB deployment
- Weekly Enrolled/Staging Device list reporting
- Application deployment via AirWatch
- Publish/Modify Windows patch Tuesday
- Device compliance check with respect to mandatory security applications
- Tests Workspace one UEM Console upgrade and communicate downtime
- Device compliance check with respect to Windows update
- Handle Incidents/Change/RITMS assigned to AirWatch-GLB queue
- Create smart groups/user groups for pre-pilot/Pilot and production deployment
Job Requirements:
- Must be capable to identify and lead improvement with day-to-day tasks
- Should be well versed with the lifecycle application deployment via an MDM tool.
- Should have good knowledge of Excel for reporting tasks.
- Must have good written and verbal communication skill to interact with customer
- Must have hands on experience managing and supporting AirWatch as an MDM tool for Windows 10 OS devices.
Qualification & Experience:
- 15 years of full-time education
- Minimum percentile of 50% in 10th, 12th, UG & PG (if applicable)
