Job Responsibilities:
- Extensive food and beverage (F&B) knowledge especially of US and UK countries is needed.
- High-level thinkers who also have a penchant for keeping track of details are ideal candidates for this job.
- Candidates must be standout idea generators and problem solvers with excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Partner with customer and help them to analyse the data that has been worked upon.
- Ability to cope up with the business dynamics and deal with ambiguous situations at any given point of time.
- Active listening and effective communication and writing skills is a must.
- Multitasking abilities, Ability to work independently and as a team.
- Flexible to work around the clock including weekly offs.
- Prior Experience in deciphering Speech, Image and Text is preferable
- Must be a Graduate in any stream.
