    Job Description:

    Responsible for the daily work and management of all call center processes and tasks of forecasting, scheduling, and attendance to ensure assigning the right number of employees with the right skillset to the right calls during different call volume demands. Generating WFM solution , FTE Sizing headcount demand generation.

    Job Responsibilities:

    • Ensure that real-time management team / tasks are performed efficiently to provide the correct real-time feedback and take correct action in order to meet call center metrics and KPIs
    • Adjust staffing according to real time performance
    • Support and liaise with all departments of call center
    • Reporting
    • Monitoring schedule adherence and attendance
    • Responsible for all WFM tasks and activities, process and system wise
    • 0Have contingency action plan for unplanned events such as high call volume or shortage of staff
    • Behavioral – Customer Relationship management , Domain – Knowledge of reporting/planning tools like Hyperion,Cognos.
